B-While on the app, you will receive a pop-up, announcing a “New Job in your Area” and you have 10 minutes to accept it.

Can’t find the Customers Car

You’ve been given the vehicle’s make, model, color, and the last three digits of the license plate. Be sure to review the address and location pin provided by the customer in the app. Please note: photo evidence may be requested. If you still cannot locate the car: Send a message to the customer through the app. If there’s no response, try calling them directly via the app If you're still unable to reach the customer or find the vehicle, report the issue in the app and contact us for support.

Attempt to contact the customer via the app.
Wait 10 minutes and complete outside wash if applicable

No job should be accepted if it cannot be completed, but emergencies happen. If you cannot complete a job, cancel it as soon as possible through the app and provide a reason. Excessive cancellations may affect your ability to receive future jobs.

It’s important to us that you’re receiving and selecting jobs and staying consistently busy. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us through the app anytime through the “Support” page. 
Please make sure you are marked as “Active” in the app.
You may not be selecting jobs quickly enough available jobs can go fast.
Be sure to check the “Service Request” page within the app and select jobs directly from there.
Your chosen geographical area might be too limited consider expanding it to receive more job opportunities.

Can I take jobs outside my area?

Yes. You’ll see job options in nearby zones, and you can choose to expand your service radius in the app settings. Just a reminder that travel expenses, including toll, are your responsibility.

The customer does not need to be present, if you need doors opened please contact the customer through the app. If unable to unlock the doors, wash the outside, inform the customer that you will be leaving in 10 minutes, and continue to the next job.

Do not go “active” on the App when you are concerned about the weather outside. Never risk your safety to complete a job,  You are an independent contractors and are responsible for their own decisions, including when to and not to work.

Bubld partners with Stripe, a trusted international payment processor used by major companies worldwide. Stripe’s proven security systems ensure your payouts are handled safely and reliably. Payouts are made on a regular schedule, but you also have the option to cash out your current week's earnings anytime through the app. (Note: A small fee may apply for cash-outs made outside the scheduled payout cycle.)
