BUBLD partners with independently owned service providers (“Bublrs”) that are independent contractors to provide vehicle washing and detailing services. While we maintain high standards and expectations for all service providers operating under our brand, each provider is an independent business and is solely responsible for their actions, workmanship, and conduct.

BUBLD does not assume liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may result from services provided by an independent contractor. Any issues arising from services rendered should be addressed directly with the service provider who performed the work.

By booking a service through BUBLD, clients acknowledge and agree that they are contracting services that will be fulfilled by an independent operator, and release BUBLD from any direct liability related to the performance or outcome of those services.

BUBLD collects the following data:

Data you provide. This includes account information we collect when you create or update your BUBLD account such as address, email, first and last name, login name and password, phone number, payment methods, profile picture and personal settings, age and date of birth, and gender, government issued identifications.
Data collected when you use our services. This includes: location data for you and the Bublr providing the service during the process of providing the service only. Order information and payment methods. App crashes and other system activity, access dates and times, App features or pages viewed, browser type, advertising identifiers, device motion data, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, hardware models, mobile network data, operating systems and versions, preferred languages.
Date from other sources. This includes, info from service providers who help us verify your identity, bank payment info and from companies that help us detect fraud.

BUBLD is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, and postal address (hereinafter 'Personal Information'). We collect this information for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, communicating with you, responding to your inquiries, processing service requests, and enhancing customer experience.

Consent to Receive Text and SMS Messages

You consent to receiving text and SMS messages which may include appointment confirmations, service updates, and special offers. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s policies.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with our service providers (the ‘Bublrs”). Bublrs use your personal information solely to carry out the services you requested on the BUBLD platform and enable smoother and efficient communications.
